Almost one year to the day since my return to Canada, I have been invited to go back to Cameroon. Again with CESO, I will be working with UCCC the United Cities and Councils of Cameroon on Revenue Collection and Financial Management. in Bamenda shown in the picture. No date has been set yet but this is a four week assignment and must be substantially complete by March 31st.
